too much time sitting hunched, instead of supporting her back. Things that work for her: massaging frankensence onto skin, heat pad, and ice packs. I've used a brace without copper when I've had a herniated disc. It works for me for walking around, but I couldn't sit on a regular chair for long. Sorry you are suffering.
