Thursday

Ham and cheese sandwich on pumpernickel with spicy brown mustard.
Turkey rice soup
Honey roast peanuts
Garlic bagel chips and hummus

I might warm up some leftover southwestern corn and some sweet potato if I feel hungry later, but first I should eat the leftover salad.

I'm just about to strain the ham stock I've been simmering all afternoon and I'm thinking of all the bean soups that will be made from it.
