for wrongful termination, per KCCI TV. He points out that it was his personal account, and they are restricting his right to freedom of speech.
They also report that there are other school districts dealing with the same thing, and the Board of Regents is asking the state universities to monitor the accounts of their employees.

What happened to the First Amendment, and Free Speech, that the rwnjs love to talk about?
