the state of rule of law in the Third Branch -- jurisprudence blocked, stayed, or overruled in favor of rule of men. This lower court's block wasn't unanimous, and it probably doesn't take much but a dissent from one lower court republican appointed judge on any three judge panel, which is what happened in this case.
One doesn't have to be a constitutional lawyer, but usually just pay attention to Sheldon Whitehouse and Marc Elias. The maga six must be "developing" some new legal "doctrine" (as Whitehouse has often noted) informed by some amicus curiae filing soon to come in from Texas.
