10. So that lawyer is responsible, even if it is other people who fail to carry out the instructions provided?

I would have though s/he could avoid the contempt charge by saying they had informed higher-ups (e.g. Bondi or whoever) that access to Garcia via ICE must be provided, but that they had no personal ability to provide that access, so should not be jailed for not implementing something that was beyond their ability to personally implement. So being that lawyer makes them personally legally responsible for providing that access? Tough gig!
