and they are proven in non compliance, Lock them up on the spot for contempt. Judges do that all the time with defendants, so do the same for lawyers who are sandbagging the court. And don't let them out until they obey the court's ruling..

That is the problem - judges let lawyers play games with the courts, and refuse to come down on them..
