Your words mean a lot to me. I was off the site all day yesterday. I think I finally clicked in during the late night hours. The night I wrote that message, I did bring out the leash and took the dog for a walk, even as hot as it still was around here. The exercise helped a bit, but walking with hubby and the dog meant hubby and I talked about it all during the walk... so it wasn't exactly a meditative stroll (gryn). I was grateful for the company, being as it was midnight when dog and we headed out the door!
