15. It's amazing how uneducated many people are about nutrition

Even my college educated friends. It’s the poor kids who have no choice on what to eat that’s sad. If school lunches can be not processed food and McDonald’s can take the chemical toxins out of their food - that might help. And why is corn syrup the first ingredient in many infant formulas? No wonder the kids are not healthy - it’s like drinking coke in a baby bottle your first yr of life.

I eat organically and grow my own vegetables and have chickens I that I feed organic grains & organic vegetables to. . My college educated, successful artist neighbor told me last week she eats loads of bread because that’s what she craves - and your body tells you what you need.
