This judge had the unique opportunity of sanctioning a DOJ which thought it could use the court to give their criming a taint of legitimacy, and tried to shut the judge out of judgment by dismissing the case. Essentially she had nothing but the conduct of the DOJ to reasonably and legitimately consider.
