"Honestly, he is accurate," admitted Troy Jackson, Potential Democratic Senate Replacement. "I voted against those things over 15 years ago. Since then, you know, I've found out, I've understood. I mean, I've always been someone that believes that healthcare is a human right, and it became clear to me after some time that abortion, reproductive rights access is a human right,"

Highlighting his modern alignment with progressive organizations, Jackson noted that his recent legislative actions include earning a perfect voting score from reproductive rights advocacy groups.

I think the voter may have been trying to say that in the past Jackson voted against a bunch of things that a progressive would vote for.
