Your scenario was for armed persons refusing to identify themselves.

I think you’re missing the point here.

If armed persons show up at the polls, whether they identify themselves as federal agents or not, the poll workers and the states aren’t going to stand by and let that happen unchallenged.

In the most extreme scenario, they could close the polling place, get an emergency court injunction, reopen and the governor/SOS could extend voting hours.

The governor could also call in the national guard or state police to secure the area.

But, like I said, they simply don’t have enough agents to disrupt voting at enough precincts to affect the control of the house, and they would be damaging the chances of Republican candidates in other races as well.
