4. How do they get people to actually carry out these orders? What judges order them?

These people came here as refugees and their refugee status was approved. Deportation to their home countries was already blocked because they would face persecution.

For what reason do they have to be deported now and why to such a horrible country?
Where are we going to deport Trump's kids too? Where should Jared and Ivanka be sent?
