And they wait until all the ballots have been delivered. There are a lot of people in California but it is better to be slow and accurate than fast and inaccurate.

But, in my opinion, if a person was going to send in a mail-in ballot, most would not waste the money on a stamp and put their signature on it, if they were illegal migrants or a criminal. Just my opinion.

But in their desire to give everyone the right to vote and to make sure their vote is counted, this is the sacrifice that California has made, and it is up to them, not Donald Trump or the Feds.
