3. I've seen them before in my California Voter's Guid

They are also posted at each polling site. Ballots should start going out to voters in about two weeks and I'll be sure to drop mine off at our local library which is an early voting drop off site. I'm not only voting YES on Prop 50 but I'm waiting for a yard sign supporting Prop 50 that I can place in my condo window overlooking a busy parking lot.
