5. This was an incredibly stupid thing to do.

When you have a multi-billion dollar plant that will employ 8,500 people and pump billions of dollars, and create thousands more jobs, into several states, you don't wreck it over a minor issue. This represented a 21 billion dollar investment when you consider all the support plants needed to feed this huge plant.
So the electric vehicle plant is open, but the battery plant isn't because of the ICE raid. Can't run and electric vehicle without the batteries.

It's ironic that Trump said the following:
"Money is pouring in. We want to keep it that way"

As usual, Trump demonstrated his inability to lead.
