There is no settled fact that this guy is some ethereal assassin, who wouldn't make all the mistakes we've learned not to make by watch movies and reading spy novels. Anyone who's hunted deer more than a few times could have hit a human sitting in a chair at 100, 150, 200 yards from high ground.
