Gotta say this though, it's hard to pinpoint one food to a specific illness because thousands of substances go into diet.

It might be alcohol, it might be the sugars and carbs, it might be it weakens people's immunity and allows other carcinogens to take hold such as pesticides.

Nutrition is in an uproar. Everything they told us is weakened or debunked. Now, carbs and sugar are proposed as the cause of disease, and the diseases of old age are said to be due to hormonal changes from carbs and sugars. This from the Keto Krowd.

But vegetables are still beneficial.
