Help Me - Did Krasnov send Patriot Missile Systems to Ukraine

I know that President Biden did. Krasnov said he will send arms to Ukraine if NATO pays for them.

Using the Google machine there are numerous articles that state that Krasnov sent 90 Patriot missiles and also 155mm artillery shells to Ukraine.

Upon investigation, those Patriot missiles and artillery shells were stored in a ware shed in Israel, not being used. Bibi didn't want to piss off Putin so he sent the missiles and shells to the US to be refurbished. (whatever that means) Then the missiles were to be shipped to Poland and then to Ukraine.

I am a troglodyte Googler, but I cannot find any confirmation that Ukraine got any Patriot missiles from Israel/US. Didn't Israel already pay for the missiles?

Then I read an article that Krasnov said that Ukraine won't get any missiles until the spring of 2026.

This deal that Krasnov claims to have made with NATO appears to be a hot mess of bull shit,

Germany did send 2 of its own Patriot missile systems to Ukraine and ordered 2 to replace them from the US.

Help me decipher this.
