He ignores that the SOTU and Biden's press conferences, in addition to public actions as President some with foreign leaders show an elderly President relying on his insight and knowledge of many many complicated issues.

What I see is the media not going out of its way to address that question. A friend posted a John Kerry interview with Christine Ananpour on Facebook that appeared to be only on her pod cast, Twitter and X.
