It’s quite possible that an XY person has androgen insensitivity syndrome and phenotypically presents as very feminine, including female external genitalia. It’s only after not having menstruation and several visits to a doctor that it’s discovered that the person has testicles, no uterus, and basically a depression for a vagina.
