All of is here are so over stressed because of Trump's Washington. I'm trying to back off of news coverage and am watching a course on British history. Just to not think about our current political problems. maybe try focusing on something you enjoy outside of current news . helps me with my stress. We're all in this together. Peace to you my friend.
