Boeing tells him he'll have to wait two years for a new plane. He doesn't want to wait. Why? And now he's going to make us foot the bill for renovation of an older plane. He tells us this is a gift from Quatar. He'll transfer ownership to himself when he's done with us. Why? He's seeking AF1. Nice momento. Serial rapists almost always take souvenirs. I guess the documents were just business. But what's the deal between him and Quatar? So, he located a plane that he wanted to acquire, but didn't want to pay for himself. So, he bought it with taxpayer funds, but needed to say it is a gift, to keep us from noticing? And, on top of that, we'll have to pay the "fix it" bill.
At least there is some indication that he's thinking of leaving--he'll install someone to his liking, I'm sure. If he's doing this for his "library," I wouldn't count on that lasting too long. Look around the Oval Office--look at all the gold crap he has in there. That's what his "library" will look like.
