Am I the only one amazed that things come fully charged now?

Considering how long these items have been in manufacturing, storage, and shipping they are ready to go out of the box.

I bought battery jump boxes for our cars about 6 months ago. I got a tire inflator for Christmas. Both came fully charged.

BTW - those things are great to charge a phone while waiting in a hospital room as I did a lot last year. A lot of hospital rooms aren’t upgraded for phone charging unless you bring a wall socket converter.

We got a new umbrella for our deck. Solar powered. Connected all three plates and the lights came on.

Just got a voice recorder thing at work. USB w/ converter powered. 3/4 battery charge.

Have batteries just got that much better?
