The billionaire oligarchy philosophy is very aligned with him.

I never thought he made an ounce of sense, but listening to this, it's global, not just the US. They want total global domination, and haven't figured out how to make it sound appealing. Dugin no longer even tries - just preaches its inevitability. Timothy Snyder identifies inevitability as a key component of fascist thought.
