Venezuela currently has no binding mutual-defense treaty. Its standing agreements are with Russia, Iran, China, Cuba, Belarus, and Turkey — all cooperation frameworks, not “we will defend each other” obligations.

-This is why tr💩mp had no worries about attacking (boat bombings) it . Note that Venezuela is a member of OPEC, and is sitting on the largest oil reserve in the World.
