Nowhere on his body does Abrego have a tattoo reading MS-13. The photo Trump is holding has been altered to show the characters "MS-13".

What Abrego does have tattooed on his knuckles are a marijuana leaf, a smiley face, a cross and a skull. Trump and his minions are declaring that those four symbols, taken together, represent "MS-13". As the host says, they are just making s%it up.
