... is a little TOO invested in the 1978 movie, The Boys From Brazil. Seems he envisions himself as a modern day Josef Mengele, trying to breed a legion of mini-Hitlers.
Seriously, this boy is half a sandwich short of a picnic. He's gone over the high side and into the rhubarb, and other platitudes appropriate for such occasions.
Duck and cover, kids; it's only gonna get weirder.
