I'm willing to bet a lot more of them are involved in it than are disgusted by it. The international pedophile ring that Qanon is always going on about is actually run by Republicans. Qanon was created to divert attention away from Republican sex offenders and cast it on Democrats, who mostly aren't involved in this stuff.
