I went through some pretty hairy withdrawal symptoms when they cut my methadone by 2/3. Getting off completely probably wouldn't hurt me that bad. It would sure make life easier for me, as well as greatly improving my self-esteem and outlook on life. 
All things I have to consider. If a Democrat gets elected as President there's a good chance marijuana would be de-criminalized, if not legalized. I guess I can wait until November to see that happens.
