7. Since it's already rooted in dirt you are ready to go. Buy a bigger pot, some potting soil

and a $5 bottle of fish fertilizer at the garden shop.
follow those instructions on the bottle it will last until you need the $5 bottle of Bloom fert later in the spring summer

Plant it in there.
Leave it under the strongest light you can in your house until it gets warm out.
Then you can put it outside
Go easy on the fish fert until you get it outside, It can stink a bit and a young plant doesn't need to be overfed.
Let the dirt dry out a little before watering each tine.
Over watering over feeding is bad.
