..the appointed prosecutors in each county get to decide for their County. One County over already had one legal shop closed. Our County has a Trumper as a prosecutor but we also have a University in our town. Who is going to come to our Podunk town when they can attend a University in 420 friendly county. So financially it would be a terrible decision to close our county's pot shops.
