But I've gotten mine down with Januvia, once-a-day insulin pen (can't remember the name after a third name switch LOL), Mounjaro and a lower-carb diet. Not super low-carb, Keto or what have you, but lower than even the recommended ADA diet. Exercise is also essential. Just 30 minutes a day will do the trick.

Are you a newbie diabetic? If so, don't freak about that number. If you heed your doctor's advice about meds, diet and exercise, it will come down. These modern diabetes treatments and approaches are really impressive. You're lucky to be alive with such advances in how to combat it.
