The right-wing gun culture extremists as represented by the Orange Anus-mouth are living examples of the "Second Amendment solution." Guns for everyone, everywhere, with no restrictions, is the goal of the death merchants and their extremist mouth piece, the NRA.

sounds a bit hyperbolic, unless one follows the NRA rhetoric in which case it is seen as an accurate assessment of the NRA position.
