13. Just googled it-- we should NOT have a plastic SS card

"No, you should not have a plastic or metal Social Security card. The Social Security Administration (SSA) recommends keeping your Social Security card in a secure place, such as a safe or with other important documents, and not carrying it with you. The SSA also advises against laminating or using a plastic replica, as these can interfere with security features and may not be valid."

Glad I googled that--I didn't know that I should not carry it on my person. 😎
