They cannot imagine themselves as poor, disabled, or as a member of a disadvantaged minority.

Often, they're into Power & Control. Among the males of the subspecies, that is a major dirving motivation behind the Culture of Rape.

In short, the Republican Pathology is a mix of psychopathy and narcissism.
