Send me some links by PM, HOF people. I've seen some pushback, so there must have been a lot of it posted.
But it was building up in posts earlier, you know the Barry Goldwater theme, 'In your heart you know he's right' to which I always retorted back then, 'In your heart you know he's nuts.'
I wish the Libertarians would quit the concern trolling and just say outright that is where they are. Just be proud! Embrace their inner Rawn Pall! The Democrats are NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. Make their case without dragging Democrats into their fact free 'critiques.'
Because:
We know no Democrat will ever be good enough for them. Like duh, they aren't Democrats. Although some are deluded Democrats who have actually moved on from the Democratic Party and fell for the sacred 4. They should quit telling Democrats what to do, as they can't stand them and they're dancing with the Devil but deny it, but I know where this stuff is going when the only Dems they like are only following the LP issues. A lot of DINOs in that group, folks, don't be fooled.
You can tell by the fact that there is never a word of praise for any liberal victory by Democrats, period. No constructive, real world solutions. No plan to govern, and the Democratic Party is 'the party fof government.' The default is corporations and theology. Quit blowing smoke up our ass.
Instead of negativity, they should tell us how great the Pauls are, along with the JBS, FreedomWorks, and the rest of them. They may claim they don't like them, but the end result of their agenda gets the same work done. They need to refute or defend everything on the Libertarian platform since that is what is coming to pass. They swallowed the sacred 4 issues and say they would vote for a Democrat, if only they would support those 4 parts of the Libertarian Party platform.
Hello! Democrats are not and should not be Libertarians and a lot of people don't agree with the sacred 4 issues. Deal with it! They say they won't vote or will vote third party, which helps Libertarians.
The Libertarian Party, like the John Birch Society and the Tea Party, were begun by the Koches and many other one-percenters, like the fossil fuel corporations, the most powerful and corrupting in the world. That is where the money to shovel this bullshit is coming from, and they took the bait, the MIC bait they rail against.
The Libertarians show their stripes by not railing on threads about what ALEC with plutocrat funding is doing to us, and how it will push things to be all about money, much of it covered with blood. Thus the alleged anti-war holier than thou routine rings hallow. Koch brothers hosting Cruz and the rest of the warmongers doesn't get on their radar.
It'd be pitiful if it didn't actually lead to such evil things coming to pass, by not looking at the reality of who is feeding them that swill. They are playing the DU by NOT telling us how great their platform is and what it means for us. They won't do it directly, only piss and moan about what we are not doing right, to make us give up. They need to speak their truth to us in its unvarnished glory, not gripe at us about us.
It's like the MRA's who focus on the actions of women, and not on how great they are. A former Nazi identified the MRA as a hate group, as they focus on destroying someone else. They are here to destroy us by discouraging and slanting the conversation so that in despair we adopt their nihilist, every man for himself philosophy, and give up on our strengths, instead of saying what's so great about their platform while they destroy every vestiage of the New Deal.
I double dare 'em. If they won't, they are just doing the Segretti with all their F.U.D. infecting DU. I fart in their general direction. Meh.
Loyalsister expressed this very well:
A basic libertarian principle is
zero taxes. That includes corporations. If there is an absolute need for roads or something it should be paid for with a regressive sales tax. Not progressive.
On social issue Rand Paul is extremely conservative. When he takes the libertarian position on zero government involvement that means health care, social security, and no involvement in helping people living in poverty.
Not the least bit progressive.
I think those things totally nullify any possible progressive positions on MJ and foreign policy. Here in America our success should depend not on an accident of birth, but on the strength of our work ethic and the scope of our dreams.
