a behavior that feeds into each other creating toxic relationships. It enables both parties to broad brush that all men/women are ...[fill in the blank]. Let's face it, If your friends did not get at least some positive feedback, they would discontinue the cat-calling.

Even women on this board have stated they see nothing wrong with cat-calling. It makes them feel noticed/sexy/desirable. IDK, it always made me feel unsafe to walk to my destination. It always made me feel that if someone did try to harm me, that type of man would laugh it off and keep moving. Hell of a lesson at 13, which was reinforced into adulthood.

So when men complain that women can be rude to their advances, this has something to do with it.
