It's hard to beat the old classics like HunterXHunter, Bleach, FMA, Gintama, Steins Gate, Monogatari..etc, etc, etc.
There are great anime these days also. In fact, one could say it is the Golden Era of anime. Attack on Titan, Made in Abyss, Spy x Family, Fruits Basket, Jujutsu Kaisen, Re: Zero, etc, etc, etc.
We are truly blessed.
