(12,081 posts)33. I guess I don't spend a lot of time thinking about what it is.
        I guess most people would view a path to enlightenment as a religion, but then again wouldn't that mean that philosophy, art, music, or even science would be a religion? Maybe it's both. Maybe it's neither. Who knows? I love to attend Tibetan Buddhism Chenrezig meditation, but I take a rather agnostic view on whether Chenrezig exists or not. All I know is that the meditation helps guide my meditation and focus my mind.

        On a tangent, sort of, I view religion as distinct from spirituality in that religion is organized
