Then it is most likely a version of the first Barbie dolls from way back when. Does it have Matel stamped onto the bottom of its feet ?

All kidding aside,... interesting find,... thanks for the share. Makes one wonder whether it was some young girl's play companion as she was growing up. Where is Ken,... and the plastic pink Mustang convertable car ? Were those items located in the cave too ?
