I'm comparing Netanyahu's actions to those of Stalin's Holodomor where approximately 3.9M Ukrainians were starved to death. A more modern comparison and apt one is the Tigray region of Somalia where the Fed Gov of Somalia is using starvation to keep the 'peasants' down as an Act of War.
