I have had to deal with this sort of problem in my own health care so I know how unnecessary suffering can happen, even with a doctor in the mix, but it is so much more frustrating when it involves one of our furry family. We have a great local vet now, and Bills niece works for him so we can get care when it's needed quickly, but we went through some rough situations before we found the right doctor for our little guys.
