A calamitous solar storm will hit Earth on a scale not seen before.
Bioweapons research will lead to the demise of thousands of people.
The orbit of Earth will shift, possibly due to a nuclear disaster or asteroid hit.
Children will begin to be born in the laboratory.
The Bulgarian prophetess (who, according to accounts, went blind after being swept up in a mysterious tornado) reportedly made far-flung predictions that are also fascinating to consider:

Between 2170 and 2256, a Mars colony, stocked with nuclear weapons, will demand independence from Earth.
Between 2262 and 2304, time travel will be discovered and developed.
During the years 4302 and 4674 humans will have achieved immortality, assimilated with aliens, and live scattered throughout the cosmos.
In 5079, the universe will come to an end.
