3. That's really interesting.

I was engaged in another rather monumental project around this time last year, somewhat similar to the one I'm involved with now -- involving beauty and really reaching out to a lot of people, and that required pretty much everything I've got in order to bring it off -- and the culmination was joyous, for the most part; but some really strange things also happened that night, including a ridiculous, horrible, seemingly random attack in which one gal konked another on the head with a bottle; we were lucky the victim merely required 7 stitches -- it was really quite bizarre, the attacking gal was just someone's date, and had completely misunderstood what had been going on; but honestly I think the good things happening that night somehow triggered her own pain. And other things that night also felt like a rather epic backroom struggle betw., I hate to say it but, in shorthand, good and evil.
