9. There is a pretty big difference

While anyone is certainly free to interpret the Constitution anyway they like, any arguments regarding interpretation are settled via a court system and an ultimate arbiter, namely the SCOTUS.

With the bible again anyone is free to interpret it, but the ultimate arbiter is your very own invisible friend. So anyone who pretends to speak for their invisible friend becomes the ultimate arbiter at least in the minds of anyone they can con into thinking they have the one and only Truth. It really shouldn’t surprise anyone to learn god hates all the same people they do since He was created in their own image.
