it will be prohibited? Thank goodness I live in the USA.

Of course it will be offensive to Christians. A smiling devil would naturally offend the easily offended. Also, it appears that this devil or demon is distinctly a male one, with a visible penis. That is certain to add to the offense, since nothing good can come of a penis, as everyone knows.
