Sitting out back having a smoke at work, my coworker suddenly said, “Ooo! What is THAT?”
She was pointing to the yard next to us and, lo and behold, the man who lives next door to the restaurant has a gorgeous, huge crepe myrtle in full bloom. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one that tall! Such a lovely color.
