He sucks.

He lied about how many women he assaulted which would let them void his guaranteed contract.

As a Bengals fan, I hope they keep his pathetic rapist contract, because it guarantees they will continue to suck.

No one else would give him more than a small salary $5 million with incentives to be a backup.
