4. I have a pair of neoprene gloves that I wore on a wet cooler than cool ride.

Everything was good hand wise. We stopped at our usual rest place which is under cover. I took my gloves off while we gossiped. When I put them back on they were cold and wet on the inside. Ah like a wet suit, they warmed up pretty quick and my hands were comfortable again. I wouldn't suggest these for really cold riding.
