Help needed. I have a vehicle's VIN, and I need to get its title number. [View all]

It's my vehicle. During a recent unwanted house cleaning, the title has been disappeared. The vehicle is titled in Virginia. Virginia wants to send me to a commercial site that wants a fee for the service.

Is there a freebie site anyone here can recommed? Thanks.
